Vibrant & Large early QING DYNASTY Prunus Blossom porcelain Ginger Jar with Kangxi mark - c1800.
A large Qing Dynasty porcelain Ginger Jar, possibly of Kangxi reign and period as marked but likely to be c1800.
This heavily potted jar with firing kiln prop maks to base, aged pitting and original firing spots to body enjoys a deep rimed pitted base with underglazed blue Kangxi mark and outer unglazed narrow upper rim to accomodate cover.
Decorated in vibrant hand painted variations of deep blue cracked ice ground with highlighted all over profusion of Prunus blossoms and stems in white, this excellent example is in undamaged condition but is offered without the original cover.
