Rare Early Meiji Period Japanese Export Nagasaki Yaki set of five cups and saucers from a stunning Tea and Coffee Set with all pieces bearing the trademark signature of Tashiro Monzaemon of Hizen Province and Hichozan Shimpo Tsukuru.

These sought after wares bearing the marks shown precisely date the pieces to between 1860 - 1890.


The rest of the Set is listed seperately and can be sold as individual or multipe items.Prices are shown for individual items and can be adjusted if multiple purchases are made.

Each individual piece has been hand decorated with the same theme in stunning enamel work in the early Imari palette on heavy porcelain and signed as mentioned above with the same under glaze six character mark.

This Cup and Saucer is in excellent antique condition and is undamaged (see photographs attached) with no cracks,repairs or loss,but two saucers from the set have very old minor small loss to their rims.All other items are undamaged - please enquire if interested.
